Shipping Rules  for Aesthetic Urns

We  usually dispatch the order within 1 working day.  You should receive your order within 3-7 days. International orders are usually received within 8-14 days.   All products require a signature upon arrival and are dispatched via post office or private courier. Shipping cost  depends on orders weight ,quantity and destination. Orders within United Kingdom are free.

Credit Card Security

We accept credit cards through the PayPal and Stripe secure payment gateway. All credit card numbers and personal  information are encrypted, and are only handled by Paypal. Aesthetic Urns don’t have access to clients credit card information  for orders placed via this website.

All pages, content , credit card and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks. 2048-Bit SSI Certificates with Strong Encryption & Authentication .


You are able to return your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the item(s).  You also have a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive it back. Return posting cost will be at your expense.


As soon as you  completed your purchase you will be notify by PayPal  or Stripe that the order has been received. We will let you know(email) when the order was dispatched with applicable tracking number.

Customs Declaration

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine  the additional cost for you.

Lost or damage

In the unfortunate event that your does not arrive, we provide a straightforward lost parcel claim system that allows you to request a full refund and enables you to claim back for the loss. We are regulated by Royal mail’s terms & conditions and they require a waiting time of 15 working days for the UK, 28 Working days for the EU and 40 working days for the rest of the world before you can make a lost parcel claim. Please note that Sunday is not a working day.

We understand the frustration that a delayed or lost item can cause  however we are unable to take any action until this time has passed.
